The markets are inching higher, cutting the losses. Light volume again is the cause as late day floating higher is a normal occurrence. I told the Research Center subscribers to not expect any day to be down more than 100 on the DOW. It looks like that is the case today as the rally off the lows is suspect, but cutting the losses substantially. Whether POMO exists or not, there are always other methods to prop the market off the lows and save the day. The markets are a game. We all need to learn it or risk being caught in a losing battle of fraud like manipulation.
