The markets have fallen all the way down to the negative side. This is a rare phenomenon as today was a POMO day. A couple reasons for this. First, traders bought yesterday on anticipation of POMO. Thus they are selling into it, negating the POMO effect. Second, the Federal Reserve has not used the POMO yet and will lift the markets later today when the volume gets lighter.
